Structural short leg
Hi

My PT did xrays, measurement etc and determined that I have one leg structurally shorter than the other - i had 5 mm lifts added to my left shoes (the short leg) and my sciatica, hip pain, S1/L5 issues have dramatically improved ( ive also been doing lots of posture work, strenghtening my legs and lower back etc)  I am wondering if you have any suggestions for me about posture, exercises, movement with regards to this condition?

You do not have to do anything different while practicing the Gokhale Method techniques due to your leg length discrepancy. All the lessons in 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back will still be useful, especially the Glidewalking (arguably even more important for people with asymmetries to learn to use their leg muscles well while walking).
