Esther, Saw your video at Google, and got the book. Great work - makes a lot of sense, and so far I've only gotten the stretchsitting and strechlying to work, but its given me great relief and comfort. Hope that you can make a trip to Texas at some point (especially Houston), because I would love to take your class. If I can help with that in any way, let me know. - Rahul

I am just starting with Lesson 1, stretchsitting, and I am absorbing every bit of it as much as possible. Hopefully, it will work for me like it has worked for so many others. I am in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and I would go to Austin, or even Houston, for a class.
