Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us at the Gokhale Method. My name is Kerri and I am a Gokhale Method teacher. I'm happy to anser your question about shoes. I want to clarify that you want more cushion and don't want a zero drop heel? Eventally, that is the type of shoe we recommed. Still if you're used to lots of cushion in your shoes, you want to transition slowly so as not to cause a flare up. I liked Asics and Saucony shoes when I needed extra cushion for my feet. I no longer need that support now that my feet are stronger and kidney bean shaped. If you would like to reply back with some more details about your particular foot issues I would be happy to elaborate more once I'm sure of what you're looking for.
Best
Kerri
