Earth and keen shoes

I recommend the models of Keen shoes that have a kidney bean shape last. I like adding a simple insole to Keen shoes. I'm not sold on the negative heel of Earth shoes.

I have noticed a drift over time from kidney bean shaped lasts to straight up and down lasts. So I think you have to turn the shoe upside down and look at the last. Most Keen shoes have kidney bean shaped lasts, like the one in the YouTube video here: http://gokhalewellness.com/forumtml
