Charlene, in the Neck Health video, demonstrates using a circular band, halo-like, either ready-made or improvised from a pillowcase, to make a more stable surface on the top of one's rounded head -- the purpose being to provide a surface to support objects carried on the head. She gives it a name, but I have been unable to guess the spelling or find any reference to my spellings on Google.
