I have had balance issues for years. I always have cold hands and feet especially my right hand will turn ice cold when I manipulate the mouse. I always feel like I am tipping over even if I am just standing. I find myself constantly having to rock back and forth. When I exercise like arm circles, push-ups, lifting weights it seems to get worse. Going to the dentist and salon to get my hair washed is very uncomfortable, I get lightheaded or sometimes feel like the lights are going to go out!! I recently had a massage. I felt the room was spinning when the therapist gently put pressure on my neck while I lay face down. Is this blood supply, nerve issues and or middle ear? I don't know if you can answer these question but I am reaching out to get answers. I am hoping you will have some insight on this and provide me with some guidance with your program.
Thank you for any help you could provide.

Your situation sounds unusual and difficult to diagnose. I can't make a diagnosis without seeing / examining you. I suspect you have seen regular and alternative medical practitioners - if not, I would suggest you do. Posture-wise, I suggest you follow the guidelines in 8 Steps or take our GM 101 course. It is surprising how many strange and not-so-strange symptoms clear up simply by improving your alignment, your circulation, getting out of your own way and letting your body heal itself.
Best wishes for your recovery.
