Hi everyone.
I've recently developed a pain in my right knee. Sometimes it's in the inside of the knee, somtimes in the front, and also the outside side. I hope that makes sense. :)
The pain comes usually at the beginning of a walk. For example, I leave the house to go for 40-50 minutes walk, and within a couple of minutes the pain appears. I spend the next 10 minutes altering my posture, gait, speed, etc, to get rid of it but there isn't much change. Eventually I just give up and sometimes it goes away by itself.
So, it appears at the beginning of exercise (mostly walking), then disappears after 10-15 minutes. That's it in a nutshell.
As far as I can tell I'm not doing anything terrible when I walk. I land on my heel, which remains on the ground until the last minute. I don't think I lock my knees at all. I never have any pain while running, only walking.
It's just so frustrating. I was so sure I was doing everything correctly.
So, any help is much appreciated. :)
Thanks!

My dad was also struggling with same kind of problem. He also use to have pain on his kneeswhenever he walks. We tried all sort of therepy and all but that hardly worked. Then a doctor suggested me to keep his knee compressed. He asked us to use some sort of jumper's knee and also told us to knead his knees by ice..This helped us a lot...Hope this will help !!!!
