Ball Chairs

Just wondering what your thoughts are on ball chairs in general and ones with or without a back support.  I'm not happy with any of my chairs for sitting either at work or at home for longer than an hour.  I'm also curious about that saddle chair but it's so expensive.

Thanks

Ball chairs can help pelvic anteversion and therefore stacksitting, and therefore be helpful. I'm not crazy about the notion of sitting on a moving ball, because I think sitting should be relaxing. A stable ball like this takes care of the rolling  around problem (that others seem to seek out!) No matter what the chair, there really isn't a substitute for knowing what to do with your body in the chair. People can sit poorly (swaying or even tucking) on any chair including a ball chair.

I just realized I answered this question here as well: http://gokhalewellness.com/forumtml
