Carrying a baby

Hello Esther, 

having a 6 months old baby i started to wonder if there are any good ways of carrying her. African way of carrying a baby i think isnt very appropriate for me since im having 53 degree kyphosis and a severe back pain which im struggling to get rid of by applying your approach. Also the process itself of putting my baby on back is a little bit difficult. There are a few things on the market available but im scared of spoiling my baby's back. I really need your advice on it, please help..
