What to look for or avoid in an office chair?

I am trying to find a good chair to use for my computer desk at home. Is there anything I should be keeping in mind? I worry that since what erroneously passes for good posture in our culture isn't ideal after all -- an S-shaped spine, tucked pelvis, and so forth -- there may be many office chairs that work against what I'm trying to accomplish by practicing your methods. What do you look for in a good chair?

Stretchsitting element (something to provide traction to your back), stacksitting element (a wedge to help tilt your pevlis), mushroom top / convex seat pain (to externally rotate your legs), and no arms (not needed if you know how to position your shoulders, and lets you come in close to your desk). All provided in the Gokhale Pain Free chair
