There was a mention in the 8 steps book about a document on how to select the right office chair. I wasn't able to find it on the site. Can anyone give me some guidance? I just started a new job and have had poor luck with office chairs and now that I know a bit about the Gokhale method, I want to find a good office task chair that will facilitate comfortable sitting for long hours.
I have in the past liked the Herman Miller chairs, specifically the Mirra chair, how do those fair? What sort of features should I look for? For example, my current chair looks like a mushed potato (at the back rest) and it's very awkward for a stretchsit cushion.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

We have removed that, since we now make our own chair, which you can find here: http://gokhalemethod.com/chair
To look at the key feature list that Esther used in developing this chair, check out the blog post: https://gokhalemethod.com/blog/46448
