For some reason I have the hardest time falling asleep while I'm stretchlying. I know I am positioned correctly (I have read book and watched your dvd). Has anyone else had this problem?

it may just be too unfamiliar a position to be able to sleep in. Spend the first five minutes in this position every night to gain familiarity. Then, if your body likes it, you will likely fall asleep like this one day.

Me too! I can get in the side stretchlying position, feel comfy initially, then I can't fall asleep like that. I hope I can eventually fall asleep that way.
