Cancellation, sales and return policies

Merchandise
You may return merchandise to us (Gokhale Method Returns, 881 Tolman Drive, Stanford, CA 94305) within 30 days for a refund, exchange or credit. Shipping is nonrefundable. For chair returns, there is a $75 restocking fee. To receive a refund for a chair, please ship it back to us in its original packaging.

Group Courses (Gokhale Method Foundations Course)
You may cancel a course up to 2 weeks before the course start date and receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee. If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the start date, no refund will be given. 

One-on-One / Private Appointments
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any private appointment. If any cancellation or rescheduling occurs within this 48 hour period, you will be responsible for the full price of the appointment.

Alumni Club Memberships
Annual memberships are nonrefundable.
