I recently completed in-person lessons over a weekend with Tegan. We are so fortunate to have such a skilled and knowledgeable teacher in Australia. Being carefully guided to the best way to support my body to support itself is life-altering. The relief from pain in my lower back was immediate as was the strain in my neck. The before and after class photos are truly inspirational.

The follow-up support keeps the good habits going. I'm so grateful to my acupuncturist for recommending the Gokhale Method to me and to Tegan for being a fabulous teacher.

I recently participated in the Gokhale Foundations course. I have suffered back pain for 15 years and recently it had become so bad I had a consultation with a surgeon. I came to see Tegan suffering from chronic pain from a bulging disc in my lower back and quite severe sciatica. After one session my pain started to decrease and my mobility improved. I would recommend the Gokahle Method to anyone looking for ways to help with back pain and general mobility and posture.

I experienced my first pain-free days in as long as I can remember! These were two consecutive pain-free days about two weeks after commencing the course. And there have been more since!

After only a few sessions I noticed that my feet no longer ache in the morning on getting out of bed. I was also able to start running again with no knee pain.

I look forward to taking more of Tegan's classes - she has a real knack for explaining complex concepts in a very simple and straightforward way.

Tegan is a very patient and encouraging teacher. I have really enjoyed (and benefited from!) my sessions with her.

Within two weeks of applying the Gokhale Method I was waking up with no pain.

Tegan's detailed knowledge of the Gokhale Method and wonderful ability to impart that knowledge has helped me dial down chronic lower back pain in really big significant ways.

One example of this, thanks to hip hinging, I am still marveling at my newfound ability to access objects at floor level without incurring pain. I found that the clarity and guidance Tegan bought to the Gokhale Method, for me was so much more effective than working through the book and video alone.

I completed the free posture workshop with Tegan and it was awesome. I picked up quite a lot of useful techniques and different ways of thinking to improve my posture and help my shoulder and neck issues.

I find I can sit for longer without pain and it's much easier to concentrate while working. Highly recommend seeing Tegan.

I have found knee issues going away as well as neck, back, and shoulder pain. My breathing is (much) better too. The course is a definite value add to the book as well. Highly recommended.

I attended the free Gokhale Method workshop Tegan conducted and after practicing the techniques Tegan taught have observed a significant reduction in back pain.

Great method, fantastic teacher. For me this method is pretty revolutionary because, as a mother of two young kids, I find it very hard to set aside time for self-care such as regularly completing physio exercises, attending yoga classes, etc.

Each Monday after a session with Tegan I feel so much better! I did more than two hours of pruning yesterday and had no additional aches and pains afterwards - in fact yesterday was the most pain-free day I’ve had for months. Thank you Tegan!

I attended a two days Gokhale Method course just over a month ago. I learnt so much about how important certain postures are. Tegan took photographs of each course participant before and after the course. These pictures showed how our postures have improved when applying the Gokhale Method. During the course we were shown photographs taken from all over the world and once I got my eyes into it, I was able to spot which were good or bad postures and what people did right or wrong.

The Gokhale Method Foundations Course has proven to me that my hunched back and sore, cracking neck are not permanent and do not require expensive and ongoing treatments. After only a few hours into the course I felt a shift. My body now feels strong yet relaxed. The effect my new posture has on my mood is also worth noting - I feel lighter, empowered and confident. Tegan's delivery of the method was perfectly attuned to the individual needs held within our group. I left each day feeling inspired and stronger in my 'new' body.

I am just so excited with the improvements I have had since my online consultation with Tegan. It has only been a little over a week, but already my right leg is much more engaged in the walking process, and my leg is looser in the hip.

I enjoyed everything about the Gokhale Foundations course: the content, the pacing, the layering of techniques, the experiential learning, and the feedback from Tegan - all excellent. The hands-on feedback from Tegan was very gentle and very instructive - it was invaluable. My big aha moment was learning how to adjust my swayback. I really enjoyed the weekend and Tegan is a knowledgeable and sensitive teacher. The course was excellent.
