Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

I have been working at slowly incorporating all the aspects of the Gokhale method. I was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome and I would like to prioritize that area of the body to correct it as soon as possible. Which aspects of the Gokhale method should I focus on to help correct this issue? Any thoughts or suggestions to improve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome has many causes and levels of impact. First and foremost, consult and follow the guidance of skilled health care providers and physical/occupational therapists.

Gokhale Method postural education would include the main elements of excellent posture - lengthening, strenghtening, reshaping and moving.

This would include arms, shoulder and chest, keeping the J-spine - using the deep abdominal and back muscles to prevent hunching, swaying/arching, and bending with hip-hinging.
