About this workshop

 

Esther will coach you on the skill via teleseminar. You will then perform the skill and do a self-rating on how adept you consider yourself. Immediately after, you will engage in some vigorous exercise together and then adjourn the call. The following day, you will meet again, revisit the skill, and once again, rate yourself.

Of course this protocol is not optimal in its rigor, but it will be fun, may lead to some interesting results, and will hopefully leave you with a new and useful skill.

It will be two 30 minute online meetings on:

Esther Gokhale, L.Ac.

Esther Gokhale (GO-clay) has been involved in integrative therapies all her life. As a young girl growing up in India, she helped her mother, a nurse, treat abandoned babies waiting to be adopted. This early interest in healing led her to study biochemistry at Harvard and Princeton and, later, acupuncture at the San Francisco School of Oriental Medicine.
