About this workshop

Each lesson is 90 minutes long.    Required text: 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back


The Brick Building is accessed via the lower lot. You enter the doors in the center of the building off the parking lot, climb the stairs to the third floor. Room 32 is to the right from the top of the stairs. Please look for Gokhale Method signs to point you in the right direction to our class!
