Combine the practice of Zen Buddhist Meditation with the practice of pain-free posture at Jikoji Zen Center, September 19-21, 2014.
Judy Abeja Hummel, Gokhale Method Instructor, with the support of the Jikoji resident Sangha, will be leading this weekend retreat in the lovely Santa Cruz Mountains above Los Gatos, California.
The cost of the class is $610, and includes all six classes, plus lodging in the dormitories at Jikoji and dinner Friday through lunch Sunday. $450.00 is the cost of the course that will be paid through our website. The extra $160.00 will be made directly to the teacher via check or PayPal. More information will be found in the confirmation email.
Some private rooms are available at an extra cost. Meals will be mostly vegetarian. Please let us know if you have special dietary needs.

Class Information: The group will be split into two classes with a maximum of 8 students each. Group A: Begins FRIDAY at 2pm and ends Sunday at 3:30pm Group B: Begins Friday at 6pm and ends Sunday at 5:30pm
