This is your opportunity to enjoy 40 minutes of undivided attention from an expert Gokhale Method teacher, either in-person or online.

Once you have the basics, our teaching becomes more nuanced—tiny changes can make a huge difference. A private session allows your teacher to focus entirely on you, working on a deeper level, often uncovering big “aha-moments”. These sessions are often intense, productive, and deeply transformative.

• Troubleshoot: Have us check out a persistent ache or pain in your knee, hip, foot, back, neck, shoulder, etc.
• Technique Review: Tweak your glidewalking, perfect your rib anchor, revisit stretchlying, and more.
• Apply a Gokhale Filter: Improve how you practice yoga, Pilates, or another hobby to move without injury.
• Personalized Exercise Regimen: Tailor your exercise routine to what’s important for you—with a Gokhale filter.

Many of our teachers specialize in areas such as cycling, fitness, yoga, martial arts, gardening, and more. Our Customer Support team will be happy to recommend a teacher based on your needs. If your lesson takes place in the comfort of your home, you can perfect stretchlying in your own bed, sitting at your desk or on your favorite chair with a J-spine.
