In-person Alumni Classes

As a Gokhale Method alumni, you’ve built a strong foundation. You have started a process of kinesthetic learning, an ongoing process where intellectual understanding and physical change work hand-in-hand. It’s like fitting pieces of a puzzle together—each technique when practiced brings new clarity, both in how it feels and how it makes sense conceptually. As you revisit techniques, your body and mind connect the dots, deepening your understanding. Over the months and years as our posture journey continues, we can delight in new openings in our bodies, as our more refined awareness of our posture and movement continues to transform us.

In-person alumni continuing education classes are designed to:

• Revise and fine-tune the basic techniques you learned in your first course
• Introduce new and advanced techniques
• Provide nuanced, gentle hands-on correction
• Offer individualized feedback
• Focus on more subtle, deeply transformative changes

Group Classes

One, two, or four-hour lessons with topics like refreshing your practice, glidewalking, or advanced techniques. Learning with fellow Gokhale graduates is not only fun, we also benefit  from peer learning. Groups are limited at 8 students to ensure you get ample hands-on, tailored instruction.
