Join me for this 1 hour, in-person Refresher Course where we will be reviewing, refining, and advancing our Gokhale skills. The focus of this session will be around strength where we will focus on foot, glute, and inner corset muscles as well as refining walking.
Books and other Gokhale products are available for purchase from the teacher.
