I'm in my 60's and trying to correct chronic postural issues that have caused back and neck pain. I referred to the Gokhale Method book for years, then completed training with David Haining in Greeley, CO. I found the hands-on training to be very comprehensive, and David's guidance was valuable - enough feedback for me to absorb, but no too much, and very clear. I highly recommend this training.
