I think my three words above describe my feelings well. I find the Gokhale method to be very complex. There is so much to learn and think about. I need to spend a lot of time reviewing the postures and changing the way I posture. I trust the method more than anything else I've ever learned about posture. It is foundational in the sense that it activates the entire body. I am not just straightening my back. Every part of my body is affected by my posture and must be adjusted to achieve correct posture. I am excited for the results I will get as I learn to make the correct movements and sit/ stand/ lay in the correct positions. I know it will stop (and possibly) reverse my bunions. I know I'll have less lower back pain. I know I'll feel and be stronger. I know it will restore some youthfulness. I appreciate all I've learned, and I hope I can take the time to develop this natural posture.
