This is a great techniq for hunchback shoulders.
If our shoulders are already pretty rounded forward and causing compression should we skip going more forward and just skip straight to the "go a little up" and then "back" parts?
Try it. But in my experience, sending the shoulder forward a little first helps get the soft tissue out its current notch.
