Do you have a habit of standing up straight like a “good girl”. Do you tend to turn your knees in with ladylike modesty? Perhaps you’ve also stooped and rounded your shoulders since puberty?
While we’ve all received misguided posture directives in modern times, women, even more than men, have been subject to instruction and role modeling of particularly unhealthy body positions. It is of the utmost importance to our health—both physical and mental—that we rediscover and recover the natural way our moving parts are meant to fit together, without the influence of fashion or cultural norms!
We invite you to delve into a grounded, health-based approach that is resistant to the fashions of our day and problematic societal norms, and that enables us to be strong, resilient, pain free, and wholly available to life.
