I took this course from a Gokhale teacher 12 years ago and it was very helpful. However, over the years I fell back into bad habits. I signed up with Esther to try and recover some good habits in my poster, my walking and sitting, and strengthening certain muscles. I am no spring chicken. My before and after pictures at the end of the course were very encouraging and I am determined to continue on Goghale Active to stay strong and keep improving.
