Great course to teach you in bitesize sessions how to move well and painfree in your daily activities like walking,sitting, bending and lying down. Due to some injuries and health issues I felt pain in my hip or back with walking and sitting, stiffness in the morning. Creating 'space' in the spine and tilting my pelvis correctly resolved those issues. Esther did a fab job in teaching and tailoring the exercises to my needs. Now with the created space in my spine I can walk and move more freely and I feel more space in my mind too. Love the Gokhale Yoga sessions. Very relaxing!
