About this workshop

The human foot has 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than 100 muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Many of us suffer from bunions, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, pronation, hammertoes, Morton’ Neuroma and more. In this special 1-hour Free Online Workshop you will learn how to begin re-shaping your feet towards a more healthy architecture and about the root postural causes further up in the body which need to be addressed to make lasting changes.  You will greatly improve your body’s architecture -- and your life!

Esther Gokhale, L.Ac.

Esther Gokhale (GO-clay) has been involved in integrative therapies all her life. As a young girl growing up in India, she helped her mother, a nurse, treat abandoned babies waiting to be adopted. This early interest in healing led her to study biochemistry at Harvard and Princeton and, later, acupuncture at the San Francisco School of Oriental Medicine.
