About this workshop

Join Esther Gokhale in this 1-hour Free Online Workshop to explore how posture plays a part in osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.  Taking unhealthy stress off your skeletal structure, and putting healthy stress on appropriate parts of your weight-bearing frame can do wonders for your osteoporosis and osteoarthritis risks and progression. On an anecdotal basis, Gokhale Method teachers are seeing results even in advanced cases. Come and join Esther to understand how posture may be relevant for these conditions. You can improve your body’s architecture with practical skills you can take with you for the rest of your life.
