Facility Details: Parking: There is paid parking at the city's parking lots - the green "P's" - in the area. (e.g. on Dundas, just east of Spadina) Please note that traffic can be heavy on Saturdays in and around downtown Toronto, so factor in extra time for the morning drive! TTC: There are regular and frequent streetcars from Spadina Subway Station - get off at the corner of Dundas and Spadina. There is also a Dundas bus that goes East-West - get off at Spadina.

Lang Maria Liu is a martial artist, dancer, teacher and healer. For over twenty years, she taught capoeira (a form of dance/martial arts developed by enslaved Afro-Brazilians) in Toronto, using a community-based, transformative approach. Her mother school, Filhos de Bimba, is based in Salvador da Bahia.
