Lang is a highly skilled teacher of the Gokhale Method, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where I recently took the Foundations Course with her. She is an intuitive teacher, seeming to know just what new learning I needed to address my posture and back pain. Lang personalized her instructions so I could manage the various
techniques and body movements that are making a difference in how I move to lessen pain. Reading the book and trying the techniques on my own did not help nearly as much as Lang’s direct instruction. She is knowledgeable, patient and able to adapt the techniques in a personalized manner. I highly recommend Lang as a Gokhale Method teacher.
