Move Like You Are Meant To
A free workshop hosted by Esther Gokhale with Dr. Nam Lee and Dr. Melissa Fernandez
Learn what your posture is doing to your pelvic health — and how to change it.
This workshop brings together three different traditions — Eastern medicine, Western biomechanics, and psychology — to look at one thing they all agree on: a well-positioned, mobile pelvis is key for women's health.
Whether you're dealing with back pain, pelvic floor issues, prolapse, or incontinence, navigating perimenopause, menopause, or fertility challenges, or simply feel like something has gone quiet in your body — this workshop is for you.
The Gokhale Method is unique in addressing back pain at its root. For Independence Day, we want to show you how a key step — mobilizing your pelvis — has benefits beyond reducing back pain.
In this free one-hour workshop you will:
- 💡 Understand why a tucked pelvis affects back pain, pelvic floor health, prolapse, incontinence, elimination — and more — and what to do about it.
- 💫 Hear the Eastern and Western take on pelvic circulation and vitality, and where they meet.
- 🪹 Understand how trauma and conditioning shape the way we hold our pelvis — and how you can come home to your body.
- 💃 Learn simple movements — borrowing from Latin dance — that you can use immediately to wake up your pelvic area and restore flow.
- 🕊️ There will be a special Independence Day offer for those who'd like to go further — but the workshop itself is completely free.
This is not yoga, physical therapy, or ergonomics. It is a return to something older and more fundamental — the natural way to live in our bodies.
