Cynthia is an excellent teacher. She is especially good at building the trust relationship needed for fostering subtle changes in how we move our bodies, and being sensitive to a variety of different bodies at the same time. I don’t know how she does it!

I have scoliosis of the spine, arthritis in my right knee from a skiing accident, worn out hamstring tendons and had a major repair of my left shoulder after dislocating and fracturing it last year. Eight months ago I studied the Gokhale Method with Cynthia Rose in a small group setting over a two month time period.
