Continuing Education - Further Develop Your Skills (Glidewalking class)

Dear Sabina, thank you so much for your help with the Gokhale Method technique and posture principles. You are a truly wonderful teacher!  I love your 1-2-3 Move classes. And I found myself looking forward to each of our individual sessions as well. Even though the sessions were online, I felt like you were in the room with me. I have been practicing your directions every day. My neck and shoulder pain have gone away and the back pain seems to be getting better.

I'm happy to share my experience with the Gokhale Method and the workshop I attended with you two years ago.

Sabina was wonderful to work with! She helped me to understand the postural corrections I needed to make through clear and concise explanations. The feedback she gave was spot-on and helped me to precisely pinpoint where I needed and, importantly, HOW I needed to make adjustments. This was all done online, too. I can't recommend her enough! 

The Gokhale Elements Course has changed my life. I owe a good part of it to my incredible teacher, Sabina Blumauer  She is beyond knowledgeable, and her patient guidance has directed and inspired me to develop better body awareness, posture, and strength.  I’m on my way to a happier, more conscious body thanks to Sabina and this course.

Just being around Sabina is so inspiring because she is not just teaching about posture, she is living it. She did just a few little adjustments of my body and it brought a huge change.
