The course has been valuable in introducing me to the elements of the Gokhale Method, particularly with my interest in establishing and maintaining excellent, pain-resistant posture throughout my daily and nightly activities, as years and behaviors otherwise take their toll on my unsuspecting body!

I'm a UK Gokhale follower, and have been using the programme for over a year now. I follow Gokhale Fitness, and sometimes do the Dance sessions as well.
Both of these have helped me in many ways, building strength over my whole body - but the most striking difference is in my back. I'm only in my 40s, but suffered with some back issues since my 30s when I herniated a disc. I took the 18 lesson course (13 minutes each) with Harrison and it was absolutely worth it.

I had horrible lower back pain. I had to go to an orthopedist to learn exercises to fix my back pain and even with 15 minutes in the morning dedicated to fixing my back pain, it didn’t work.

So I heard about Gokhale method from my wife, tried it, and it fixed my back pain completely. I learned how to have proper posture and it isn’t exercise. I’m able to hold my kid for long periods of time again with 0 back pain.

I came to gokhale looking for some help with back issues. I’ve exercised and played sports my whole life but never brought awareness to my posture. Now in medical school it became evident I needed to find techniques to sustain sitting at a desk for 12-14 hours a day.

Working with Harrison I learned many techniques about good sitting posture, neck strengthening, walking and standing. I am able to intertwine these techniques with my studying to maintain a healthy back and body.

Harrison was very adept to teaching me the methods of improving my posture. Having neck and lower back problems, this method is highly beneficial. Highly recommend if you are actively competitive in sports. Wish I had learned this as a kid

Genuinely Life Changing Program! Harrison was an absolutely amazing instructor. I had years of lower back pain at too young of an age, never quite understanding why.
