Continuing Education - Further Develop Your Skills (Glidewalking class)

I have the Gokhale Method book but wanted help from someone who could see what I couldn't see, who could help me learn the concepts correctly, and who could do it in person.  Christine provided exactly what I wanted.  She pointed out what I was already doing right and showed me how to correct the misalignments that were contributing to my discomfort.  I am now much more mindful of how I sit, stand, bend, sleep, and walk, and am making daily progress toward becoming pain-free.

Christine was a terrific instructor to learn the 8 steps of the Gokhale Method.  The 3 day program was very informative but even better was the hands on work and live practice.  I left the program with complete confidence I will be able to implement the steps into my daily life.  Christine is a caring, passionate coach and fun to learn from!  I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a solid foundation in the method.
