Facility Details: Note from Doreen: We are doing everything we can to minimize the risk of exposure to the coronavirus at our office. When you arrive in the parking lot (directions below), please stay in your car and text or call me at 608-244-2446. Please wear a mask. We do have some if you forget. I will come out to your car and take your temperature as well as ask you screening questions related to Covid-19. If all is well, I'll escort you into the office. If you have any suspicious symptoms or know that you've been recently exposed to someone with Covid-19, please do not come. I'll be happy to arrange a class at a different date for you. Our building is at 2702 International Lane, near the airport. As you head toward the airport on International Lane, our driveway is the second left after the traffic light at the intersection with Anderson. Drive to the far end of the parking lot near the ramp that you'll see connecting the parking lot to the 2nd floor door. If you don't see me outside, please call or text me at 608-244-2446.

(re)-Learn Primal Posture™

The Foundations Course is a core offering of the Gokhale Method. In six 90-minute lessons, you can change your habits efficiently and profoundly through a combination of verbal explanation, visual materials, and gentle hands-on guidance from a qualified Gokhale Method teacher. All qualified Gokhale Method teachers are personally trained by Esther Gokhale.

Since 1996, Doreen has been an acupuncturist and NeuroModulation practitioner, helping people improve their health and quality of life. The Gokhale Method immediately captivated her.  "It's such a simple, practical way to help us feel at home again in our bodies," she says. "Instead of ignoring the body until it starts to hurt, now we can relearn our natural posture and stay active for years to come, preventing pain and injury."

Doreen provides a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere in her classes, fitting the lessons to the students’ needs.  By learning to use healthy posture in everything they do, students can enjoy lifelong benefits.

A part of the Madison community for over 30 years, Doreen is an avid student of the healing arts, dance and yoga, as well as a member of the local Threshold Choir chapter.
