Continuing Ed - Refresher

My friend recommended Gokhale Method and I was very fortunate to have had learning process with very pleasant, nice, professional teacher Sabina. Classes were perfect and enjoyable. All participants got enough knowledge to start making changes in our lives. I think it's fundamental missing knowledge of modern society. I was blessed with opportunity to learn about it and recommend it a lot. One of best investments in my life.

Just being around Sabina is so inspiring because she is not just teaching about posture, she is living it. She did just a few little adjustments of my body and it brought a huge change. Now I want to keep learning from her or better said my body wants it because it feels sooo good. She is a real expert in the field.

The Gokhale Elements Course has changed my life. I owe a good part of it to my incredible teacher, Sabina Blumauer  She is beyond knowledgeable, and her patient guidance has directed and inspired me to develop better body awareness, posture, and strength.  I’m on my way to a happier, more conscious body thanks to Sabina and this course.

Sabina was wonderful to work with! She helped me to understand the postural corrections I needed to make through clear and concise explanations. The feedback she gave was spot-on and helped me to precisely pinpoint where I needed and, importantly, HOW I needed to make adjustments. This was all done online, too. I can't recommend her enough!

I’m sure that anyone dealing with back pain knows how much it affects their quality of life, and many are willing to try anything to make the pain stop. Dear Sabina, thank you so much for your help with the Gokhale Method technique and posture principles. You are a truly wonderful teacher!  I love your 1-2-3 Move classes. And I found myself looking forward to each of our individual sessions as well. Even though the sessions were online, I felt like you were in the room with me. I have been practicing your directions every day. My neck and shoulder pain have gone away and the back pain seems to be getting better.
