In this workshop, you’ll start to learn the why and the how of the Gokhale Method.

Seeking relief, she discovered the Gokhale Method, which emphasizes graceful movement and proper body mechanics. With her B.S. in Chemical Engineering, M.A. in Theology, and love for Middle Eastern Dance, she personalizes this method for others, guiding them to embrace their bodies and rediscover the joy of movement, fostering a supportive community of healing.
