My experience with the Gokhale Foundations course was great. The instructor, Donna Alden, was easy to work with and made me feel at ease by making the information digestible and adapting to my skill level.
I learned so much and continue to incorporate these practices into my everyday movements. I now feel stronger and more aware of how I am engaging my muscles throughout the day. I highly recommend talking to Donna to learn more about this method!

It has been six months since taking the Gokhale Foundations Course with Donna Alden. Barely a day that has gone by that I have not thought of one of the main take-aways from the in-person course: kidney bean feet, J-spine, behind behind, rib anchor, hip hinging, inner corset and more!
