  • Over the years I have been seeing my physiotherapist when in great back pain and referral pain.  Last year I took a very bad fall landing on concrete with no time to protect myself. 

    After several days, giving time for inflammation to decrease, I did see my Physio. He was amazed that I was still in good alignment. I only needed a couple of minor adjustments 

    I do my Gokhale stretchlying every night while in bed.  It had made a great difference on how I feel, especially first thing in the morning.
