How to Go Up and Down Stairs – In this 1-hour workshop we will learn how the Gokhale Method recommends you navigate going up and down stairs. Learn how going down steps can be done in a manner that strengthens your knees and ankles. Learn how to get a little more power going up steps (Yes! You guessed it! Glutes!) When practiced, the skills learned will help make going up and down stairs safer.
