Let me introduce myself
I’m Christine, and I live in a retirement community. We have an average age of 78, and I’m almost there! In the community I see so many issues with walking and mobility. For example, I’ve been in a hiking group with the same friends for about 15 years, and we've aged together. I’ve seen them go through an increasing number of procedures for knee replacements, hip replacements, back surgeries. When I then started to have some issues in my knee with arthritis, I thought… I don't want that.
Kathy Nauman Success Story
In 2014, at age sixty-four, I began to experience pain in my left hip that eventually became quite debilitating. For the first time in my life, I went to a chiropractor, which resulted in relief that lasted a couple of years. By 2015 I had consulted first one, then a second orthopedic surgeon, who recommended a hip replacement due to osteoarthritis.
Ronald Katz’s Gokhale (Gō-clay) Method® Success Story
Before I settle in to recount my back pain story, let me fetch my Gokhale Pain-Free™Chair. This is the chair I now use for all my writing, and that’s important, as I am an author of mystery short stories, and spend many hours composing at my desk. Pain-free, I’m now glad to say.
