Johanna is a wonderful teacher. I enjoyed doing the fundamental course with her immensely. Not only is she kind, but I found her to be very knowledgeable and competent and I always felt safe in her hands even though I was in pain. I have noticed a significant improvement of my pain and symptoms after taking this course. I can only recommend Johanna and the Gokhale Method immensely
