An Initial Consultation is a good place to begin your posture journey, especially if you have a complex history of musculoskeletal or health problems. You will receive a comprehensive evaluation of your current posture and how it relates to problems you may be having, a projection of what structural changes are possible, and some key ideas and practices to help you improve your structure immediately and long-term.

Learning the Gokhale Method via a Private One-on-One Foundations Course allows for more flexibility in scheduling, permits your teacher to focus on you for the entire time, and allows for more privacy. Learn the basics of Primal Posture™ and how to apply this knowledge in situations particular to your life. The one-on-one course accommodates people with mild to severe levels of pain, as well as people seeking to improve well-being.

Follow-up Consultation is for Gokhale Method Foundations class alumni members who would like to revisit some topics in a personalized setting. You will again receive a comprehensive evaluation of your current posture and how it relates to problems you may be having, a projection of what structural changes are possible as you practice, and some information on where to focus your efforts to help you improve your structure immediately and long-term.

Johanna litt über zehn Jahre lang unter chronischen Schmerzen im unteren Rücken, die Sport, Autofahrten und sogar einfache Spaziergänge zur Qual machten. Besuche bei Sportmedizinern, Physiotherapeuten und Chiropraktoren brachten keine dauerhafte Lösung. Nachdem sie auf die Gokhale Method aufmerksam wurde, war sie innerhalb weniger Monate schmerzfrei.
 
Beeindruckt von der Effektivität der Methode und fasziniert von der Idee einer ursprünglichen, für den Menschen natürlichen Körperhaltung, beschloss Johanna, sich 2022 von Esther Gokhale als Lehrerin ausbilden zu lassen, um das wertvolle und uralte Wissen um gesunde Körperhaltung weiterzugeben.
 
Johanna arbeitet außerdem im Marketing für eine große Lebensmittelmarke und verbringt ihre Freizeit gerne in der Natur. Sie kann wieder schmerzfrei wandern, joggen und Yoga machen und liebt es, zu kochen, zu backen und zu fermentieren.
 
Mit großer Begeisterung teilt sie ihre eigenen Erfahrungen rund um einen gesunden Rücken und gibt ihr Wissen über eine gesunde Körperhaltung gerne an andere weiter.
 

Johanna suffered from chronic lower back pain for more than ten years, which made sports, car rides and even simple walks a torture. Visits to sports physicians, physical therapists and chiropractors brought no lasting solution. After becoming aware of the Gokhale Method, she was pain-free within a few months.


Impressed by the effectiveness of the method and fascinated by the idea of an original posture that is natural for humans, Johanna decided to be trained as a teacher by Esther Gokhale in 2022 to pass on the valuable and ancient knowledge of healthy posture.


Johanna also works in marketing for a major food brand and enjoys spending her free time in nature. She is able to hike, jog and do yoga again without pain and loves to cook, bake and ferment.

She is very enthusiastic about sharing her own experiences around a healthy back and enjoys passing on her knowledge about healthy posture to others.
