This program contains educational and workout videos that are of varying degrees of difficulty. Though we have rated the workout videos "easy", "intermediate", or "challenging", this rating varies from person to person. An accurate rating would need to be tailored to the individual. We ask of you, our alumni students, to use your newfound Gokhale Method skills, your unique knowledge of your health and vulnerabilities, as well as a healthy dose of common sense, to determine which of the techniques, practices, and workouts will be most helpful for you. If in doubt, we suggest that you consult your teacher(s) for input on this.
Privacy:
This program is for alumni only. Non-alumni do not have the same foundation nor have they received customized recommendations from a qualified teacher. Some of the information in the online continuing ed. program could be harmful to them without them realizing it. By exposing the content to such a person, please realize that you are creating a potential source of liability for our company as well as yourself.
We extend complimentary memberships to members of the same household who are also alumni. Please contact the office ([email protected]) to receive your own complimentary registration. Please do not share your login information with family members or anyone else as this compromises the privacy of all participants in any groups that you belong to (like online watercoolers for group members, alumni watercoolers, etc.). As a company, we assure participants that their conversations are shared with appropriate group members only; we ask that you play your part in helping us uphold this promise of privacy.
