I have had back pain for maybe 10 or so years on and off, with episodes of being in bed for days. Now that I've had to Gokhale class, I understand the anatomy of and the exercises/postures to support the spine. I took the class live, which allowed me to see others and differences in people as well as getting the individual attention that only live can offer. Kerrie was so knowledgeable and caring, and I felt l was in good hands in every way. I practice the techniques in one way or another every single day so as to master the technique. Since taking the class, my back stiffness is mostly gone, and there have been no episodes of back pain. My only wish is that the class was stretched out longer than over the course of three days. But other than that, this class is a MUST for everyone, including parents who will teach their kids right from the get-go.
