Fiona Nichols gave me an Alumni follow up training session about 12 months after I’d done the Gokhale Method Foundations Course in Sydney in April 2024. Although Fiona had just completed her Gokhale method training, I found that she delivered the training professionally, providing clear instructions in a gentle, empathic fashion. Some of the Gokhale practices such as the ‘rib anchor’ and ‘glidewalking’ I found difficult to comprehend and put into practice after the Sydney course. However, Fiona was able to provide clear explanations and guide me through the movements so that I now employ those movements daily. For someone who’d only just finished her training, Fiona showed total competence in her delivery with succinct instructions, suggesting to me that she has an in-depth knowledge of the Gokhale Method.
