I took a Gokhale Method course and finally found a path to relief. Instead of getting weaker as I've gotten older, I've experienced surprising strength, flexibility, and balance. Whenever the inevitable happens, and I bend or lift or sit or move in a way that tweaks a muscle or joint, I have the tools to recover using Gokhale principles that have become a way of life. For several years now, I've made it a priority to attend the daily online offerings including posture reminders, fitness training, and music and dance. The lovely community of participants and teachers from around the world provides a warm and enjoyable environment in which to hone my J-spine. I'm deeply grateful to Esther for making the fundamentals of good posture and movement so accessible, and for infusing this work with such contagious joy.
