Thank you for this video. Do you recommend trying to actively stick one's butt out a little to get out of the habit of tucking it? Nevermind! Just got to the part of the video where you say not to do that, but to start with stretchsitting and stretchlying.

Yes, you never want to stick your butt out to get it out behind you. Squeezing your glutes is a good way to begin this transformation - strong glutes will hold your behind out beind you to some extent, which reinforces a good spiral.
